Acquisition of shares in Stoðir hf. and sale of shares in Reitir hf.

Horn has acquired half of the shares which Landsbankinn hf. owned in Stoðir hf. The holding totals 795,329,124 Class A shares and 4,150,000,000 Class B shares, or the equivalent of 6.7% of the company's issued Class A shares and over 42.5% of issued Class B shares. The purchase price has been paid in full, partly with Horn's sale of the company's entire holding in Reitir hf. to Landsbankinn hf. The 1,973,567 shares in Reitir hf sold to Landsbankinn hf. comprised 29.6% of Reitir's total share capital.
